James Dylan is originally from Vancouver, BC, and has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. He believes that the practice of Yoga can help us develop strength, trust and the ability to reach our full potential. The heart of his teaching is dedicated to the art of loving ourselves.
His teaching is enlivening. His classes are made unique through his extensive knowledge of and commitment to alignment, creative sequencing and lively storytelling; interweaving philosophical concepts into the physical practice. James appreciates knowing that yoga is a shared practice, which provides both the student and the teacher an opportunity to always keep growing.
