Julie stepped into yoga during a difficult period of her life. After a little while, she realized what beneficial impacts yoga had on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. She soon became ‘addicted’ to the feeling of peace and well-being that yoga would leave her with, every time she stepped off the mat. Her journey eventually became much brighter, and she developed a stronger sense of compassion towards others and a joy for life. She decided to join a teacher training in order to give back to people and share all the positive effects of yoga.
