Inspired from the Iyengar method, restorative yoga offers a frame for the physical body using props (blocs, straps, bolsters and blankets) to support a long and calm hold of postures.
It allows a great quality of relaxation and restauration as well as a softening and balancing of the nervous system. Pranayama will also be an integrated part of the practice.
In addition to the restorative yoga practice, you will be held through the energy and contact of Reiki. Mathilde Miller, master Reiki, will use techniques of energetic harmonisation to help unblock the flux and vortexes into the body such as the chakra system.
