WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Join us for a 60 minute yin yoga practice infused with essential oils. During the practice, essential oils will be diffusing, taken internally and applied topically through gentle massage. We will explore a specific theme, targeting a particular chakra with a sequence of postures and associated oils.
You will learn about the history of mindfulness and how it works. We will also practice and be able share or ask questions about your experience when we take breaks.
