We believe that yoga is meant for everyone, regardless of body size, social-economical-cultural background, physical ability and sexual identity. Hence we are continuously working toward a safer and more inclusive environment.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers create powerful, heartfelt and transformative sequences. In a calming and playful atmosphere, teachers and students weave together an authentic thread of transmission of yoga.

We give in person private and group Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal/Postnatal style yoga classes - all designed to support a mindful lifestyle, and improve your physical and mental health.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Yoga can help you cope with the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout pregnancy, and it can also prepare both body and mind for birth. Within the comforting and supportive environment  of our group classes, you are invited to develop community and friendship, to connect with people who are on a similar path as yours. Weekly classes always begin with a short discussion on a topic related to pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period. Yoga practice then focuses on postures that aim to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, keep the body flexible and alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy. You will also learn breathing techniques throughout class that you will be able to use during labor for pain management. Prenatal/postnatal yoga is open to all, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Our yoga classes are categorized by intensity, from lunar practices that will help you rest & restore to the fire practices that will make you sweat. Beginners and seasoned yogis are invited to reconnect with their body, balance their nervous system and be part of a conscious and inclusive community. Most of our classes are designed for all levels of practice (and flexibility!) with plenty of pose variations to explore.
