Minimum age to practice at Akasha yoga is 16 years old
Yes! You can rent a yoga mat for $2. We also have a drop in option that includes a mat rental!
We have a shower, we supply a basic body wash. You need to bring your own toiletries and towel. We also have changing rooms and 2 individual bathrooms

Our yoga mat storage is reserved for our students that hold one of your Unlimited Monthly (1yr or 3 months) or our one year unlimited membership
