Arm Balance, Peacock Pose
Symbolizes the ability to consume today’s poison and digest it with pride and grace.
Biomechanically, this pose demands shoulder stability in external rotation, retraction, strong wrist in supination and good comprehension of back chain muscular activation. Come explore the many possibilities and adaptation of this pose.

Arm balance, Eight Angle Pose.
Symbolizes the complex interplay between truth strength and beauty that lays beyond physical appearance.
Biomechanically, deep thoracic rotation, inclination and flexion as well as strong adductor muscles.

Arm balance, One-Legged Crow Pose
Symbolizes balance and a keen sense of observation of the body within.
Biomechanically, this pose demands shoulder and core stability, strong hip flexion and pelvis awareness. Come explore the many possibilities and adaptation of this pose.
