This series offers a structured progression to help you develop the strength, alignment, and technique necessary for advanced handstand practice. Each session will build on the last, providing you with the tools to approach handstands with confidence and control.

What to Expect Each Session:  ( I used google and AI to help me here and assumption)

  • Session 1: Foundation & Strength (Saturday January 11th 5pm-6:15pm)
    Explore the fundamentals of advanced handstand practice, including wrist health, core engagement, and shoulder alignment. Build a strong base with targeted drills and conditioning.
  • Session 2: Balance & Alignment (Saturday January 18th 3:30pm-4:15pm)
    Dive into the art of balance as you refine your entries, holds, and transitions. Work with props and wall support to fine-tune your alignment and build confidence.
  • Session 3: Flow & Creativity (Saturday January 25th 3:30pm-4:15pm)
    Take your handstands to the next level with creative transitions, dynamic entries, and sequencing. Learn how to incorporate handstands seamlessly into your practice.

Who Is This For?
This series is ideal for intermediate to advanced practitioners with experience in inversions. Participants should feel comfortable holding a headstand or forearm stand and be eager to work toward freestanding handstands.
