Fertility yoga focuses on opening the energetic body (especially in the pelvis) and increasing blood flow to the thyroid and pituitary glands (which helps bring hormonal balance).
Through conscious breathing and slow mindful movements you will regulate your nervous system so your brain can signal safety to your womb. The language used during class will help you heal and revitalize your relationship with your feminine (reproductive organs).
