You have a lot on your plate. You’re no stranger to hard work. You want to get the most out of yourself and your life. You’re motivated, high-achieving, and value efficiency.
Yet, when it comes to managing stress, the harder you try to fix it, the worse it seems to get. Sometimes, you don’t even know where to start. Other times, you’re just waiting for the stress to pass, wondering how you even got there in the first place.
But here’s the thing—there is a way out. And it’s been right under your nose this whole time.
Sylvie is a neuroscientist who experienced burnout during her master’s and discovered the power of yogic tools to heal her nervous system. Through years of research and personal experience, she has studied the neuroscience behind breathwork—why it works, how to implement it effectively, and when to use it for maximum impact. She has spent years teaching students, teachers, and professionals how to use the breath to communicate with the brain in a way that actually works.
✅ What a stressed brain looks like
✅ How your breath directly influences your brain
✅ How biomechanics dictate nervous system regulation
✅ 8+ breathing techniques to rewire your brain for resilience
The world is getting more chaotic, but you don’t have to.
Join Sylvie to learn how to build an internal state of calm, no matter what life throws your way. Where your effort finally starts rewiring your brain in the direction you choose.

Sylvie is a PhD candidate in neuroscience (in her final year!) at McGill University and has been teaching yoga since 2020. She empowers people through neuroscience-backed education and practical tools to help them build their best brains. Sylvie is currently diving into the world of neurofeedback/biofeedback as a way to train our brains and bodies using personal data to discover the best tools for each individual. In her downtime, Sylvie loves nature and can often be found swimming, canoeing, or fishing.
