In this training, you will learn to practice and teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, postures, breathing exercises, meditation, philosophy, history and teaching methodology. The practical materials provided will help you become a well-rounded yoga teacher and practitioner. We will support you to foster your authentic voice and to become a movement and breath facilitator.
We believe many branches of yoga practices are life-affirming. It helps us to see the beauty within the vast spectrum of life’s offerings. We aim to offer in-depth materials on yogic practices. As practitioners and trainers of yoga, we embody what we share with our students. Our wish is for students to navigate their daily life with ease and adaptability rooted in yogic practices and philosophy. Your yoga becomes an embodied way of life, on and off the mat.
We aspire to create a welcoming environment where anyone can participate in honest conversations with one's self and others.
We meet once every 3 weekends starting Jan 10th 2025
3hrs FRIDAY (5:30-8:45pm)
5hrs SATURDAY (11:30-5pm)
5 hrs SUNDAY (8am-1:30pm)
